Shipping + Returns
We aim to ship within 3-5 working days of receiving your order, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Products that are made to order can take up to three weeks depending on demand. We cannot guarantee actual shipping times, and we please ask you to note that overseas parcels can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive, depending on the carrier and destination. Packages sent within the UK with a value of £20 and under are sent Royal Mail First Class, and all higher value packages to the UK sent using Royal Mailed ‘Signed For’, although in some circumstances we may use a courier service.
Parcels to Europe and Rest of the World are sent using the most appropriate service for the package weight, size and destination. We will endeavour to use a tracked service where possible.
Where we use a tracked service to any destination we will email you the tracking information in order that you can check the shipping status of your order.
Refunds & Exchanges: If you are unhappy with any item you receive from us, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange of your item. We offer a 14 day period from the day you receive it, for you to either return the item to us or tell us you wish to do so - if the latter you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and the item must then be returned to us within 14 days, following the initial 14 day period. Proof of posting showing date of return must be obtained when returning items to us.
Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging, and packaged securely for transit. We regret that we cannot refund or exchange items which are damaged on return which we deem to be due to customer negligence in repackaging any items.
A returns slip with full details of how to complete your return will be included in your order- please ensure you complete this as instructed and include within your return package.
